1. General Provisions
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the ChatGuard service, including the Telegram bot, web administration panel, API, automated moderation functions, and related services.
By using ChatGuard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Description of the Service
ChatGuard provides tools for Telegram chat moderation automation, including chat/role management, moderation filters, welcome/captcha, incident tracking, sanctions, logs, and management APIs.
3. Who May Use the Service
The service is intended for chat owners, administrators, and other authorized persons.
4. Telegram Bot Connection and Technical Requirements
Users must add the bot, grant required rights, and keep them current.
5. Automated Moderation
ChatGuard may automatically analyze events/messages/media/participant actions and apply moderation actions based on service configuration.
6. Responsibility for Configuration
Chat owners/admins decide which rules/actions to enable and are responsible for lawful use.
7. Acceptable Use
Users must not use the service unlawfully, for harmful automation, to circumvent Telegram rules, to interfere with infrastructure/data, or to gain unauthorized access.
8. Accounts, Access, and Security
Users must secure authentication means, avoid sharing access, and report suspected compromise promptly.
9. Data, Privacy, and Logs
Use of the service involves data processing described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Availability and Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect/incidental/special/consequential damages.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend/limit/terminate access for technical, legal, security, operational reasons, or Terms violations.
13. Paid Features and Plans
Some features may be paid; additional pricing/payment terms are published separately.
14. Service Name
The name ChatGuard is a current designation and may be changed if needed.
15. Intellectual Property
All rights in software code, interfaces, texts, structure, operation logic, and design belong to the operator or are used lawfully.
16. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time; the current version is published at a permanent URL.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
